Georgina Smith is not responsible for any implications resulting from incorrect details and aspects of your order. When you place an order on the Georgina Smith Website we shall email you an order confirmation. Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the 'PAY’ button.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information and also provide a valid delivery address and a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary addresses are not permitted.

Collection & Delivery

Any prices displayed for items online do not include shipping costs.

Domestic Orders:

​Shipping to the United Kingdom will be calculated automatically at checkout and includes an insurance premium to the item's full value.

​Georgina Smith shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if the courier cannot gain access to the property. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

You can also collect your order free of charge from Georgina Smith, Brighton BN2 9NW United Kingdom. Simply select 'Collection' at check-out and you will receive a notification once your item is ready for collection with full details of the collection address.

International Orders:

We can ship most of our items to almost anywhere in the world.

​In order to offer you the most accurate rate please request an International Shipping Quote and we will do the rest. We use a range of delivery companies depending on the item and destination country. All shipping quotes include an insurance premium to the item's full value.

​Local customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Georgina Smith is not responsible for the payment of this duty.

​The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

​Georgina Smith shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if the courier cannot gain access to the property. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage

Georgina Smith carries the risk of loss or damage to the ordered products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.


Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.

Returns

Online orders:

​At Georgina Smith our pieces include original relief artworks and limited edition gicleè prints. We do our best to describe and photograph artwork accurately and clearly in our product pages. However do not hesitate to request more photos or ask for more information before purchasing.

​We want you to be perfectly happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return your purchase. We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee when you buy online through the Georgina Smith Website.

​All goods purchased online are dispatched suitably packaged for transit purposes only. You should inspect the goods upon delivery and check that no items are damaged. If goods are damaged you should sign for as such upon delivery and contact georginasmithreliefs@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery including photographic evidence of the damage.

​We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage. You must check the product for faults before installation. Should you believe that your item is faulty you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at georginasmithreliefs@gmail.com including photographic evidence.

​To initiate a return please email georginasmithreliefs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please note you will be fully responsible for payment of all return shipping costs. For international orders, you will also be responsible for any taxes and duties incurred.

​Any item should be returned in a saleable condition and in its original packaging, if the item returned meets our return terms, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost.

In person purchases:

​If you buy in person from Georgina Smith then you are buying the item as seen and in the unlikely event you need to return it, we can offer a credit note to the value of the original purchase price.

 The item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery or collection and be in its original condition to qualify for a credit note.

​This credit note will be valid for 6 months from point of return. Any costs incurred by the customer for delivery charges cannot be refunded or form part of the credit note.

Georgina Smith will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation.

We will not disclose your personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.
